Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Systems Ops Technician II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating documentation for policies and procedures used in the department for software installations
• Acting as a liaison Development, Support, and Implementation to provide the best possible experience to our clients
• Working closely with other Cloud Services groups to resolve issues or help with configuration changes/testing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ year of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Work in SQL performing activities like database backups, restores, and running scripts
• The available shift for this role is: Thursday till Sunday (4X10) 5pm – 3:30am CST (night shift)
