Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Content Writer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Auditing our Knowledge Base content and performance
- Rolling out a Knowledge Base content improvement plan
- Creating a content roadmap
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiar with working with engineers, product managers, and designers to learn about a feature
- Experience in planning documentation in conjunction with product release cycles
- Kknow how to plan and deliver 30+ pieces of consumable content per quarter
- Experience Increasing the MoM return visitor percentage through regular audits
- Experience Writing quality long-form technical guides, white papers, eLearning scripts, and video scripts
- Experience Managing projects independently
