A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing timely support for all customers and users

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to maintain Customer Relationship Management System
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in multiple database systems
