Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely support for all customers and users
- Identifying, reporting, and acting on issues that lead to customer dissatisfaction
- Serving as an expert in the use of Company products and solutions
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain Customer Relationship Management System
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to work in multiple database systems
