Job Summary
A remote patient monitoring company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering technical questions and refer calls and issues to appropriate departments
- Handling high Inbound and Outbound call volume and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Distributing service requests appropriately or resolve technical issues by replacing equipment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
