A company is looking for a LATAM Remote Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation for core user journeys including configuration, operational oversight, and API documentation
- Externalize the SDK framework for accessibility to outside developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and ensure documentation is user-friendly and regularly updated
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in technical writing (Semi-Senior/Senior)
- Desirable e-commerce knowledge, including understanding of order flows and integrations
- Ability to categorize, index, and maintain documentation efficiently
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams
- Strong results-driven mindset with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
