Adhering to determined documentation style guide, standards, and templates and obtain appropriate approvals
Posting documents in appropriate location for accessibility

Skills and Requirements Include:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical aptitude to understand new software or changes in existing software
1+ year of health plan experience required
Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Skilled at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
