Remote Technical Writer

Job Summary

A technology solutions firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying, drafting, and effectively distributing essential product information out to the business
• Evangelizing technical writing workflow and enterprise content best practices
• Providing operational support by facilitating alignment and collaboration in overall product documentation strategy

Qualifications Include:

• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML
• Proficiency building reports and presentations from compiled analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, related field, or equivalent
• Demonstrated management of research initiatives and analysis efforts, compiling product strategies, and relaying essential details
• 2+ years of experience with content publishing via ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, and or other knowledge platforms
• 4 years developing end-user product and/or technical documentation within an agile environment for enterprise software
