Remote Transmissions Operations Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A financial institution is in need of a Remote Transmissions Operations Analyst Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading coordination of client meetings, internal meetings, and any other required collaboration
• Conducting product testing for enhancements or new releases
• Applying Basic Business Analyst and Project Management skills to drive an implementation to completion

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of banking or cash management experience
• Can meet or exceed established SLAs for completing a client set up
• Strong understanding/knowledge of Treasury products and services
• Professionalism with excellent interpersonal and behavioral skills
• Technical communication fluency both written and verbal
