Job Summary

A mutual insurance company has an open position for a Remote Underwriting Property and Casualty Operations Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team is meeting or exceeding its key service and underwriting objective
• Manages and provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
• Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline/department

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• 4-6 years prior experience directly and indirectly leading medium sized teams
• Investigate and resolve issues as required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, manage and execute plans
• Prior experience with project management methodology strongly preferred
