Job Summary

A customer care services and call center is filling a position for a Remote US Healthcare Project Base Customer Care Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and address questions and concerns
  • Providing information about their insurance coverage and benefit plans
  • Resolving concerns to simplify their healthcare experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High-Speed Internet With At Least 10 Mbps Download Speed
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for
  • Dedicated, Quiet, and Secured Workspace with No Distractions
  • A USB Wired Headset with Noise Canceling Microphone    
  • 18+ Years Old and High School Diploma/GED
  • Professional Positive Attitude and Courteous Telephone Etiquette
