Job Summary
A customer care services and call center is filling a position for a Remote US Healthcare Project Base Customer Care Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers and address questions and concerns
- Providing information about their insurance coverage and benefit plans
- Resolving concerns to simplify their healthcare experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High-Speed Internet With At Least 10 Mbps Download Speed
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for
- Dedicated, Quiet, and Secured Workspace with No Distractions
- A USB Wired Headset with Noise Canceling Microphone
- 18+ Years Old and High School Diploma/GED
- Professional Positive Attitude and Courteous Telephone Etiquette
