Job Summary

A game development management company has an open position for a Remote Video Game Quality Assurance Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole QA team
• Directly manage several QA leads
• Own the entire testing process

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in a QA Manager role or similar where you managed managers
• 4+ years of leadership experience within QA in the video game industry
• Comfortably able to communicate with people across the organization including senior leaders
• Be up to date on the latest industry trends
• Proven ability to prioritize, plan and create clear goals for the whole QA department
