Remote Workday Reporting Project Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Workday Reporting Project Lead Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Apply best practices and Workday product knowledge
• Run and manage the Intake process for new reports and report enhancements
• Support training development and change management strategies through "user" mentorship

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years' experience leading large-scale Workday HCM implementations
• Working knowledge of Workday Reporting using BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, EIB's, ELT, and Composite Reporting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the Workday object-oriented data model, EIBs, data sources, primary business objects, etc
• In-Depth experience gathering requirements for complex Custom Reports/ Dashboards/ Discovery Boards, etc
• 3+ years of Workday HR application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
