Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Workday Reporting Project Lead Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply best practices and Workday product knowledge
- Run and manage the Intake process for new reports and report enhancements
- Support training development and change management strategies through "user" mentorship
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years' experience leading large-scale Workday HCM implementations
- Working knowledge of Workday Reporting using BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, EIB's, ELT, and Composite Reporting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the Workday object-oriented data model, EIBs, data sources, primary business objects, etc
- In-Depth experience gathering requirements for complex Custom Reports/ Dashboards/ Discovery Boards, etc
- 3+ years of Workday HR application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
