Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Engineering (Retail).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of long-term architecture software strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage internal stakeholders and evaluate staff performance for professional development
- Lead the hiring, coaching, and retention of top-tier talent to build a high-performing team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of data engineering/IT/Project Management experience, including at least 2 years in management
- 2+ years leading small to mid-size projects using Project Management methodologies
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and database management
- 4-5 years' experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server and working with large data sets
