Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle- AR to oversee revenue cycle operations and manage a team of Medical Collectors / Accounts Receivable Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee revenue cycle operations and ensure proper functioning of the process
- Manage a team of Medical Collectors / Accounts Receivable Representatives
- Meet or exceed revenue, metrics, and objective goals for the department
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience in ambulatory surgical center or hospital management
- 3 years of management experience in revenue cycle
- 3 years of experience with accounts receivable
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, EOBs, and state and payer specific rules
