Revenue Engineering Manager
Job Summary
An engineering manager is needed to lead a core-tech backend squad responsible for order ingestion tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, reviews, and maintenance of new features, product requirements documents, technical design documents, and functional specifications
- Partner with finance and product stakeholders to ensure proper accounting practices
- Influence the technical vision for the department, participate in hiring and retention strategies, and focus on employee development
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of leadership experience in leading developers
- Proven experience in revenue or financial management, including payment processing or ingestion perspective
- Proven success as a senior level developer in a backend team
- Experience with software backend systems, architectures, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing
