Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to support the Patient Acquisition team in achieving their goals and growing the patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and collaborate on enablement workflows for the Patient Acquisition team
- Monitor meeting and referral data, measuring prospecting performance and analyzing campaign outcomes
- Maintain data across CRMs, assist with data auditing, and support operational tasks related to the team
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in sales enablement or operations
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH/COUNTIFS
- Experience with Salesforce for creating records and pulling reports
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Mode Analytics or Tableau, and fluency in SQL
- Ability to learn new programs quickly, including EMR/EHRs and data analytics software
