Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive behavioral change within its sales organization and enhance enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative enablement programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Develop systematic initiatives aligned with sales priorities and market trends
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and drive program adoption
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or related roles in a B2B technology environment
- Proven experience in designing and implementing impactful sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and complex sales processes
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance enablement effectiveness
