Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, OEM Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales forecasts in select OEM accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate product design and uncover new opportunities
  • Coordinate product qualifications and manage a network of Manufacturer Rep Firms to drive growth
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in a technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Sales management experience in Electronics/Industrial preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial and HVAC/R markets and experience working with OEMs
  • Experience with Manufacturers Rep Firms and electrical/industrial/sensing components preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and objectives
