Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the sales team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and support the sales process and procedures used by the sales teams
  • Enter and revise orders, submit special billing requests, and generate proposals with Account Executives
  • Assist the sales team with the creation of sales materials and recaps
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical aptitude, with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike, and Veritone as a plus
  • A strong desire to learn about media sales
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
