Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Coordinator (West Coast Hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, webform, or chat to provide accurate information empathetically
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest tailored resolutions
- Utilize Customer Care technology platforms to enhance customer experience and capture relevant data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication Studies, Humanities, or equivalent experience
- Direct experience in a service-related role
- Ability to work during core business hours of 8am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time)
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Proficient in using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
