Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company in the Financial industry is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for configuration, administration, security, and functional architecture of the Corporate CRM platform
- Participates in testing, training, and implementation of application changes
- Serves as a consultant to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 years' experience with activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience in Financial Services Industry specifically in Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Corporate Payment Systems, or Corporate Trust
- Ideal candidates would have Salesforce platform experience
