Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with high-performance team and culture, ensuring optimal performance for Salesforce systems and customer service efforts
- Create and manage projects and prioritization plans that improve processes and efficiencies within Salesforce
- Manage implementation and maintenance of communication tools in Salesforce, such as Five9 and Mogli
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Minimum of four (4) years in Salesforce.org or similar CRM software
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years experience as a project manager
- Technical call center experience using telephony call center systems
