Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align with high-performance team and culture, ensuring optimal performance for Salesforce systems and customer service efforts
  • Create and manage projects and prioritization plans that improve processes and efficiencies within Salesforce
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of communication tools in Salesforce, such as Five9 and Mogli
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of four (4) years in Salesforce.org or similar CRM software
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience as a project manager
  • Technical call center experience using telephony call center systems
