Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce admins and developers to deliver key business capabilities
- Ensure ongoing professional development of the team and prioritize project backlogs
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with ITGC policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus
- 12 years of professional experience, including 7 years in a managerial role
- In-depth understanding of key CRM business processes
- Expert knowledge in at least 2 Salesforce solutions: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Agile practitioner with leadership and organizational skills
