Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead-to-cash capabilities
- Drive system improvements and effective requirements elicitation, configuration, administration, development, and application support for Salesforce platform
- Propose, champion, and deliver projects to optimize lead-to-cash processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform ownership experience in educational technology or higher education environments
- 3+ years of expertise in process analysis and improvement for lead-to-cash processes
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms and best practices for customer relationship management
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, evidenced by Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
- Experience working on an agile development team and ability to lead effectively through influence
