Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to bridge business needs and technological solutions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and maintain project documentation and communication plans
• Analyzes business challenges and designs innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Conducts requirements elicitation sessions and ensures alignment with business priorities and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute
• Five or more years of technical and business experience in business analysis and solution design
• Knowledge of Business Analysis principles and methodologies, including Agile and SDLC
• Experience with enterprise requirements management platforms such as JIRA or Salesforce DevOps Center
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering teams
