Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduling/Timekeeping Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timekeeping functions and maintain accurate payroll entries for assigned departments
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and finalize staff schedules
- Serve as a point of contact for staff and managers regarding timekeeping and scheduling inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Three years of customer service or office experience
- Experience with computer data entry and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Experience with timekeeping processing (preferred)
