Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling/Timekeeping Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timekeeping functions and maintain accurate payroll entries for assigned departments
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and finalize staff schedules
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff and managers regarding timekeeping and scheduling inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Three years of customer service or office experience
  • Experience with computer data entry and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Experience with timekeeping processing (preferred)
