Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to manage scheduling and communication for Medicaid assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule assessments for Registered Nurses using automated systems, ensuring compliance with metrics
  • Document all scheduling interactions accurately in state and proprietary systems
  • Communicate with beneficiaries and providers to resolve scheduling inquiries and conflicts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
  • 1 year of scheduling experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a secure remote work environment
