Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support product and software development teams as a servant leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate project coordination using agile methodologies to manage and deliver solutions while ensuring effective communication between teams
- Lead daily team meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed on project status
- Organize demos and product/system testing, ensuring collaborative processes are followed and impediments are removed for the scrum team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Scrum Master Certification is required
- 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proven experience as a servant leader with a track record of clearing impediments for teams
