Senior Analyst, Expense Processing
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Expense Processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile expense reports against supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies
- Support global corporate card programs and perform month-end balance reconciliations
Qualifications
- 4-year degree required, preferably in Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Corporate Card Management, and Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of financial accounting standards and procedures
- Technical understanding of Finance systems; NetSuite and Emburse are a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivots and VLOOKUP's
