Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value, post-sale client relationships and serve as a strategic partner
- Lead complex engagements and facilitate executive-level discussions
- Identify risks and manage escalations while collaborating with internal teams for client success
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer success, Enterprise account management, or client experience leadership
- Proven ability to navigate complex client relationships
- Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Confluence
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience mentoring others or leading enablement within a CX or success team is a plus
