Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-value, post-sale client relationships and serve as a strategic partner
  • Lead complex engagements and facilitate executive-level discussions
  • Identify risks and manage escalations while collaborating with internal teams for client success
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer success, Enterprise account management, or client experience leadership
  • Proven ability to navigate complex client relationships
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Confluence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring others or leading enablement within a CX or success team is a plus
