Senior Data Programs Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success & Support Data Programs Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to evaluate processes and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Program manage all Customer Success and Support data analysis projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders and users to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements to processes, products, and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of business operations experience in a SaaS business
- 5+ years in data strategy, business operations, and/or management consulting with a focus on business analytics and data
- 2+ years of experience in a GTM or Financial data operations function
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Excel)
