Senior Desktop Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Desktop & Application Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, and resolve software issues across clinical systems and enterprise platforms
- Ensure performance and functionality in Citrix-based applications and support integration with hardware
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain secure and optimized IT environments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment
- Deep understanding of Citrix Workspace, Imprivata SSO, and third-party medical/business applications
- Strong Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting experience
- Experience with application testing, regression testing, and quality assurance methodologies
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
