Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Client Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, develop a portfolio up to $50M+, and oversee the opportunity management cycle
- Ensure delivery assurance by collaborating with all stakeholders to fulfill client commitments
- Create and execute account plans, including relationship building, opportunity pursuit, and pricing decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 14+ years of experience or 3 years of experience in lieu of each year of education
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry vertical
- Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts and leading proposal presentations
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
