Senior Operations Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Operations and Supply Chain within New Product Development and Sustaining Production Program teams
- Coordinate Operations program requirements and secure necessary resources
- Drive continuous improvement of Operations Program Management processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years' relevant experience in an Operations/Manufacturing environment
- Experience in Manufacturing New Product Introduction and Sustaining Project Management
- Experience working with global Contract Manufacturers, specifically in APAC Manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's degree preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence design decisions based on DFX output
