Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Process Analyst in Workforce Planning Management (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach stakeholders on Workforce Planning & Management processes and tools, providing updates to users
- Create and maintain process documentation, including training materials and FAQs
- Produce and analyze Workforce Planning & Management data and metrics for enterprise visibility
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in Workforce Planning & Management processes and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of applicable Workforce Planning & Management experience
- Experience in data compilation, analysis, and interpretation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
