Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales leadership to analyze and optimize the sales cycle
  • Create and deliver robust reporting on pipeline health, deal management, and forecast analysis
  • Manage Salesforce.com and other sales tools, provide user training, and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator/analyst
  • Experience with data visualization tools and building custom dashboards and reports
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional Excel skills
