Senior VP of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior VP of Operations (Debt Settlement) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction in debt settlement
• Oversee daily operations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and integrate technology to optimize workflows and decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance accountability and continuous improvement culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in a senior operational role within the debt settlement, debt management, or debt collections industry
• Proven track record of managing debt resolution and/or collection strategies and improving operational performance
• Proficiency in financial management software and operational systems; experience with technology tools relevant to debt management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvement
