Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sensor Fusion Engineer to develop robust sensor fusion algorithms and enhance battlefield logistics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine sensor fusion algorithms to estimate 3D orientation
  • Model sensor characteristics and mitigate distortions in magnetometer data
  • Collaborate with embedded software engineers to deploy algorithms in firmware
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of 3D coordinate systems, rotation matrices, and linear algebra
  • Experience implementing Kalman filters and non-linear state estimation
  • Proficient in scientific computing tools like Python or MATLAB
  • Understanding of DC magnetism and magnetic interference in embedded systems
