Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Architect - SAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the technical architecture of Service Now IT Asset Management
- Set up integrations with various software inventory tools and troubleshoot HAM issues
- Provide technical leadership, conduct workshops, and collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Service Now design and development experience
- Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP) and large-scale applications
- Service Now certifications, including System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist
- At least two full lifecycle Service Now implementations as a Solution Architect/lead consultant
