Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the ServiceNow ITSM application, focusing on Agent Workspace/Chat and Virtual Agent
- Support ServiceNow development and administration, including release/version upgrades
- Create end-to-end Service Catalog development and complex workflows
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow across the platform
- Familiarity with ITSM and implementation of ITIL standards within the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience using business analysis tools/techniques for designing and delivering business change
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team efforts
- Master's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or relevant technical discipline, with 10 years of work experience, or equivalent experience
