Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SAM Consultant for a remote working contract opportunity in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and configure ServiceNow products
Create user stories and provide product demonstrations
Offer support and lead initiatives related to ITAM and SAM

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
Certifications in CIS and CAD are essential
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) is essential
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) is essential
