Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sourcer to support their network of accounting firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent mapping strategies to identify key talent pools and potential candidates
- Build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates for various accounting roles
- Monitor talent pipeline analytics and manage candidate experience surveys to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing, market research, or recruiting experience; public accounting recruiting experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong desire to win and relentless intellectual curiosity
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Greenhouse is a plus
