Sr Business Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Business & Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate business and product strategy, driving the strategy and execution for sales, marketing, and customer success operations
- Manage the entire revenue lifecycle, including lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company's goals
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BizOps or RevOps, or a similar role in a high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and CRM systems
- Experience with sales and marketing technology stacks, including hands-on CRM management experience. Salesforce & Hubspot is a plus
