Sr HRIS Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a HRIS Sr. Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the use, configuration, and day-to-day operations of SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems
- Troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for 3rd party applications/tools used by the Human Resources department
- Participate in HR projects, provide technical HR systems support, and maintain positive relationships with HR, IT, and other business partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields
- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with testing and validation of configuration, and ability to research and resolve application and system related issues
- Knowledge of BetterWorks, Mentorcliq, Degreed, Coursera, and Qualtrics is a plus
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
