Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Reporting Analyst, Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and conduct HR reporting across the enterprise ad-hoc and ongoing
- Develop/enhance executive level dashboards, reports, alerts and scorecards of HR related data to support enterprise wide workforce planning efforts
- Assist with development and defining performance metrics (KPIs) that provide insight on key trends impacting business performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree
- 3+ years' experience in advance report writing and creating complex dashboards in Workday HCM
- 2+ years' experience in data analysis/visualization software tools, such as: Tableu, Microsoft Power BI, etc
- Strong knowledge of Web Languages (JavaScript, HTML, etc)
- Strong analytical skills
