Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Reporting Analyst, Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and conduct HR reporting across the enterprise ad-hoc and ongoing
  • Develop/enhance executive level dashboards, reports, alerts and scorecards of HR related data to support enterprise wide workforce planning efforts
  • Assist with development and defining performance metrics (KPIs) that provide insight on key trends impacting business performance
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree
  • 3+ years' experience in advance report writing and creating complex dashboards in Workday HCM
  • 2+ years' experience in data analysis/visualization software tools, such as: Tableu, Microsoft Power BI, etc
  • Strong knowledge of Web Languages (JavaScript, HTML, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
