Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Player Development to lead the VIP team and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and net revenue
- Contribute to process and compliance initiatives to improve operations and team performance
- Manage a high-performing team through coaching and actionable feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of product lines and operational efficiency strategies
- Experience in coaching teams to deliver quality customer experiences
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
