Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Player Development to lead the VIP team and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of product lines and operational efficiency strategies
  • Experience in coaching teams to deliver quality customer experiences
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
