Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Strategic Portfolio Management ServiceNow Architect.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise to client's SPM delivery team, customers, and stakeholders in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM)
- Design, configure, test, document, and deploy platform solutions to the environment
- Assess and prepare technical documents, analyses, and briefings in support of business management and technology delivery environments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and situational awareness
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science or a related field
- 2+ active CIS Certifications
