Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Consultant: Student Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed recruitment and retention KPIs
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective students, identifying their needs and goals
- Drive enrolment conversions by nurturing leads and managing a pipeline of students
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher is highly regarded
- 1-2 years of experience in student enrolment, telemarketing, contact centre, or a similar sales environment
- Proven relationship-building and sales skills
- Consultative sales techniques and a results-driven mindset
- Energetic, fast learner, and collaborative team player
