Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Communities Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and direction of new and existing digital student community programs
- Lead student community teams, including hiring, training, developing, coaching, and managing performance
- Identify student community trends and develop strategies to increase student engagement and participation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of experience as a community manager with displayed community growth and user engagement, project management, and using multiple social platforms
- Two (2) years of experience leading a team
- Availability for on-call hours
- Master's degree in Communications or a related discipline (preferred)
