Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Associate to assist with support and troubleshooting for their Web3 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage support and troubleshooting streams across various platforms
- Contribute to the Help Center and create tickets for bug fixes and product changes
- Generate reports on frequently asked questions from users
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ethereum, Block explorers, and minting mechanics
- Proven experience in customer support or similar roles
- Exposure to NFTs, Marketplaces, and Crypto
- Experience building web3 or NFT experiences is a plus
- Availability to work remotely with EST hours
